Placement (2015) Artemis Art, KL, Malaysia

During my studies at Coventry University, I took a Global Career module where you had to undertake a few weeks placement.

Artemis Art Gallery was one of the places to open their wings for me. Working there as a gallery assistant was an exceptional experience. It shaped and build ideas for my future, as well as opened mind to what it means to how art business really works. I got to meet wonderful artists like Dedy Sufriadi (Indonesia), Justin Y (based in Hong Kong), Haris Rashid and many more.

I also took apart together with Artemis Art Gallery in Coffee & Art Fringe Festival Asia 2015, or more know as CAFFA 2015.

For the first time, staring in 2015, a new component was added in, named as ART Project.

CAFFA 2015 became an initiative to support local artists and designers by putting together several events in collaboration with Artemis Art Gallery.
