FEMINA (2023) | ONLINE GROUP EXHIBITION
It's been a moment since I exhibited any work, and exhibiting the project AM, the woman in the right space was vital for me to ensure that my work is displayed in a way that complements and enhances not only its aesthetic qualities but emphasises its meaning. It became crucial to look for competitions and opportunities to be able to reach the right audience.

In February 2023, I stomp upon competition that would be perfect to apply my work to.
Across 118 exceptional artworks from 118 brilliant international artists, my piece The Creator is now available to view at the Femina 2023 online exhibition organised by Gallerium, powered by Biafarin.

One of the most common interpretations of the use of painting tubes in art represents the artist's tools and materials, emphasising the creative process and physical act of painting.
In addition, the colour of the tubes also carries symbolic significance. For example, red tubes may represent passion or intensity. Here the gold tubes evoke feelings of holiness, suggesting that the artist is creating something sacred or spiritual or that they are elevating their subject matter to a higher level of importance.
The way tubes are arranged or displayed in painting also can convey meaning, such as neat and organised rows of tubes indicating precision and control. Here tubes indicate the instrument of her soul, one held like a gun, the gun of her imagination, abilities and aspirations. While the other held in her stocking, indicating the sensuality of self. Sensuality is a personal journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance, and coming to terms with one's own identity.
