    WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SOME DELAYS WITH DELIVERY DUE TO COVID 19. WE ARE AIMING TO GET ALL OF OUR PIECES OUT WITHIN 4 WEEKS. IF IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN THIS SINCE YOUR ORDER, PLEASE POP AN EMAIL OVER TO SHOP TEAM FOR AN UPDATE.
  • DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
    YES WE DO! ONCE YOU ARE THROUGH TO CHECKOUT YOUR DELIVERY COSTS ARE CALCULATED BASED ON YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS. WE HAVE A FLAT RATE OF £15 FOR UK AND £45 FOR INTERNATIONAL NO MATTER WHAT SIZE OR WHETHER A PRINT OR ORIGINAL ARTWORK.
  • HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT MY ORDER?*
    FINISHED PIECES: TYPICALLY WITHIN 6-8 WEEKS (UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE) COMMISSION: WILL BE SPECIFY AFTER PLACING ORDER, AS IT DEPENDS ON SIZE YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOUR PARCEL IS RECEIVED BY OUR COURIER SO YOU WILL KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR DELIVERY, NO WAITING AROUND BY THE LETTERBOX!
  • HOW DO YOU ENSURE MY PIECE WILL GET TO ME SAFELY?
    WE WORK WITH AN EXTENSIVE NETWORK OF LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS TO ENSURE YOUR ARTWORKS ARE TRANSPORTED AS SAFLY AND EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE. THEY WILL BE WRAPPED IN A MIXTURE OF EITHER FOAM, CLING WRAP, BUBBLE WRAP AND AIR BAGS. PS. WE ARE WORKING HARD TO OFFER SOON TEAM OF EXPERT TECHNICIANS TO HELP WITH ON-SITE INSTALLATION!     FOR ALL OF PAINTINGS WE USE ACRYLIC VARNISH BY RENESANS POLSKA, YOU CAN REQUEST EITHER GLOSS, SATIN OR MATT. WE MADE THE DECISION THAT THIS BRAND IS BY FAR THE BEST OPTION, SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR WATER BASED PAINTS, GREATLY ELIMINATES DULLNESS OF THE PAINTS AND HIGHLIGHTS THE TRACES OF BRUSH. IT OFFERS HIGH UV PROTECTION, AS WELL AS FROM DUST AND YELLOWING, INCREASING DETAIL VISIBILITY. SAFE FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS. AS IT HARDENS DRYING IT HELP WITH PROTECTING PAINT WHILE DELIVERING IN PERFECT CONDITION!
  • WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COMMISSION AND ORIGINAL?
    ALL PAINTINGS ARE ORIGINAL PIECES OF ART, HANDMADE BY MONIKA SZAFONI IN ONE OF HER STUDIOS (CENTRAL LONDON/POZNAN) COMMISSIONS ARE ESSENTIALLY REQUESTS, SO ALL COMMISSIONS ARE ORIGINALS BUT NOT ALL ORIGINALS ARE COMMISSIONS. COMMISSIONING ART IS THE PROCESS BY WHICH AN ARTIST CREATES A WORK OF ART ON CLIENT’S INVITATION.
  • HOW DO I BUY AN ORIGINAL?
    1. POP AN EMAIL OVER TO SHOPART@MONIKASZAFONI.COM TO SEE ANY AVAILABLE WORKS. 2. KEEP AN EYE OUT ON THE WEBSITE FOR SPECIAL PRODUCT DROPS OR ON MONIKA’S INSTAGRAM POSTS/STORIES OF NEW WORKS. YOU CAN ALSO SIGN UP TO OUR NEWSLETTER HERE FOR UPCOMING RELEASES.
  • WHAT IF I WANT TO REFUND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    WE TYPICALLY DO NOT ALLOW FOR REFUNDS ON ARTWORK. IN EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, YOU NEED TO SEND AN EMAIL TO SZAFONI.ART@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS IF CONTACTED LATER THAN THIS. PLEASE READ OUR FULL CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
  • CAN I SEE THE ARTWORK BEFORE PURCHASING?
    YES! MONIKA’S WORK CAN BE VIEWED AT EITHER HER STUDIO OR WE CAN ARRANGE ZOOM CALL. ALTERNATIVELY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BUYING ARTWORK, WE CAN INVITE YOU INTO THE STUDIO FOR A PRIVATE VIEW SO YOU GET AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THE WORK PROPERLY. LET US KNOW HERE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
